GENERAL STATEMENT ON KYC AND AML
Credit Europe Bank N.V. and its branches, affiliates and subsidiaries are
firmly committed to participating in international efforts to combat money
laundering and the funding of terrorist and criminal activities.

Europe Bank N.V. has its headquarters in The Netherlands and is supervised by the
Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
The Netherlands is a member country of the
Financial Action task Force (FATF) and the European Union (EU) and has enacted
laws and rules designed to implement the anti-money laundering policies of both
FATF and the EU. The goal of these laws is to detect and prevent money
laundering and potential terrorist financing.
Credit Europe Bank N.V. is
compliant with all local Dutch laws, regulations and guidance relating to the
prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and related financial
crimes. These include written policies and procedures, a designated anti-money
laundering officer, regular training for relevant employees etc. Credit Europe Bank N.V. Malta Branch is also registered at the Malta Financial Services Authority. Its deposit accounts are compliant with the provisions of The Banking Act 1994.
