Required information for a transfer order
For a transfer order we require at least the following information:

• The number of the Top Interest Account from which the transfer order has to be executed;
• The account holder(s) name of the Top Interest Account;
• The number of the counter account where the transfer is to be made;
• The amount of the transfer; and
• The date when the transfer is to be done.

Cut-off times and transfer costs
The following are details of the costs and cut-off time:

** A transfer order received after the cut-off time will be deemed to have been received on the following business day.

**** For time deposits for terms of more than one year the accrued interest is credited every 12 months after the start date of the time deposit to the Top Interest Account. To open a time deposit you first need to have a Top Interest Account. In case you do not yet have a Top Interest Account, you can apply by filling in our online application form or by calling us on Freephone number 80073232 to set up an appointment. You will need to visit our Branch for identification purposes and to complete the account-opening procedure.

With terms of 7 or 10 years you may opt to receive interest on a monthly basis, which is paid to the Top Interest Account. However, the minimum balance for a time deposit with monthly interest option is EUR 20,000 (twenty thousand euro).
