DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

Forfaiting requires minimum amount of documentation;

• Original of Promissory Note (Fixed or Floating Rate Note), Bill of Exchange fully endorsed in favor of Credit Europe Bank N.V.
• Conformed Copy of the L/C
• Conformed Copy of the Commercial Invoice
• Confirmed Copy of the Shipping Document
• In case of an L/C Letter of Assignment in favour of Credit Europe Bank 
• In case of an L/C Notification of Assignment in favour of Credit Europe Bank addressed to the Opening bank and Advising Bank
• Confirmation of each signature appearing on the documentation.
• In case of Trade related business a side letter from the avalising bank
